Seawall overgrown with bush

Many folks used to go for walks on the Vergenoegen sea dam (commonly referred to as the seawall) but parts of the area has now become overgrown with bush. Several persons from the village who abuse drugs, especially marijuana, use the seawall as a safe haven from the law to indulge in their illegal activity. This has traditionally been and still remains a popular area for kite flying on Easter Monday.
